At Rishi Bhumi Wellness Centre, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can request refunds or cancellations for our services, bookings, and wellness programs.
1. Cancellation Policy
For Wellness Retreats and Programs:
- Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted via email to info@rishibhumi.co.in or by contacting us at +91 9267989016.
- Refund Timeline:
- More than 30 days before the program start date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- 7–14 days before the program start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the program start date: No refund.
For Accommodation Bookings:
- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date or for booked therapies.
- If the guest departs earlier than the scheduled check-out date.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled program or booking date.
- For add-on services or therapies already availed during the stay.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Date changes are permitted once, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of 10% of the booking amount.
- Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
5. Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases like medical emergencies, guests can submit supporting documents for consideration of a partial or full refund. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
